Corridor AHU maintains positive pressure compared to the operational areas.
Advanced filtration with 10-micron pre-filter, 5-micron fine filter, and 0.3-micron HEPA filter to ensure clean air.
Designed for 35-90 air changes per hour in process areas for optimal air quality.
Water System:
Raw water sourced from the bore well, is treated through Reverse Osmosis for purification.
Water passes through the SS316 storage tank for secure storage and distribution.
Storage capacity: 5000 liters of purified water and 3500 liters for injection.
Water system qualifications in progress to ensure top-notch quality.
Phase I, Phase II &Phase III qualifications are completed, ensuring water quality consistently meets release specifications.
